Operator plans
90 days free. No card to sign up, and no card to claim a site — you only add one when you want jobs routed to you. Basic is $99 CAD a month. Pro is $229 with your own site already included.
No commission. Ever. We never take a cut of your work.
The only money GetFixHero collects from you is your plan price. There is no signup fee. Your diagnostic fee and any emergency call fee are yours to keep, at your own rate. You only add a card when you want jobs routed to you — not to sign up, and not to keep your site.
Basic
Jobs routed to you, and your regulars sent back.
- Jobs routed to you — one job, one plumber, never shared and no bidding against four other pros
- No paying per lead, and nothing charged for a lead that goes nowhere
- Your listing, so homeowners and AI assistants can find you
- Your regulars come back to you — a homeowner you served well is routed back to you automatically
- You control your day — you set your own prices, and you say when you are available
- Add your own site for $49 CAD/month if you want one — $148 all in
Pro
Your own site included, and the tools that answer your phone.
Everything in Basic, plus
- Your own site — included, not an add-on. Your name, your logo, your photos, your brand out front
- A voice assistant on your overflow calls, answering as your business when you cannot pick up
- Calendar and reminders, so a packed week never drops a job
- New articles published on your site every month, written for your area so the AI assistants name you
- Your paperwork, handled — licence, insurance and WSIB tracked, with renewal reminders
- Plumbing 911 night rota — opt-in, and licensed operators only
Your site: included on Pro, $49 CAD/month on Basic
On Pro your own site is included automatically — nothing extra to add and nothing extra to pay. On Basic you can add one for $49 CAD a month, which is $148 CAD a month all in: hosted, maintained and kept findable, but without the Pro tools. Pro is $81 more than that and brings the voice assistant, calendar, monthly articles and credential tracking with it.
The first 25 operators lock the Basic site add-on at $39 a month for two years
$39 CAD a month on the Basic site add-on, held for 24 months from the day you join. 19 of 25 still open. After that the add-on is $49 CAD a month.
Your plan and your licence are separate things
Your plan decides which tools you get. Your credentials decide which work you are eligible for. A licensed plumber on Basic still receives licensed jobs. A handyman on Pro gets the voice assistant and the calendar, but never the Plumbing 911 night rota — that is licensed operators only, and it is opt-in even then.
