Hosted, maintained and kept findable. Basic plus a site is $148 CAD a month, and it does not include the Pro tools. Pro is $81 more with the site already in it, plus the voice assistant, calendar, monthly articles and credential tracking. The first 25 operators lock the Basic site add-on at $39 CAD a month for two years.
Your plan and your licence are separate things
Your plan decides which tools you get. Your credentials decide which work you are eligible for. A licensed plumber on Basic still receives licensed jobs. A handyman on Pro gets the voice assistant and the calendar, but never the Plumbing 911 night rota — that is licensed operators only, and it is opt-in even then.
Your diagnostic fee is yours
At signup you state your own standard diagnostic or home-call fee in CAD. It's shown on your page as your rate, never a GetFixHero fee. If you charge more for an emergency call, that's your price and you keep all of it.
Common questions
Does GetFixHero take a commission from plumbers?
No. GetFixHero never takes a commission or a percentage of any job. The only money GetFixHero collects from an operator is the plan price. The operator's own diagnostic fee and any emergency call fee are the operator's, and the operator keeps all of it.
How much does GetFixHero cost for plumbing operators?
Two plans, priced in Canadian dollars: Basic at $99 CAD/month, and Pro at $229 CAD/month with the operator's own site included. On Basic a site can be added for $49 CAD/month, which is $148 CAD/month all in and does not include the Pro tools. There is no signup fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 90 days free, and no card is needed to sign up or to claim your site. You only add a card when you want jobs routed to you. Billing begins the day after the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12 — 2 months free: Basic $990 CAD/year, Pro $2,290 CAD/year.
