The GetFixHero platform
GetFixHero is an AI-first dispatch platform for home services, starting with plumbing in the Greater Toronto Area. It takes a job request, finds one available local plumber, and follows the job through to a completed, rated job, with as few manual steps as possible. For plumbers, that makes us an "AI marketing team in a box": the platform turns prospects into booked jobs without the back-office overhead.
How a job moves through the platform
- Request: a homeowner or property partner sends a job through our website or by text. Voice requests are in testing.
- Coverage check: the postal code is checked against our service area before the job is created.
- Routing: the job is offered to one available plumber at a time, based on each plumber's daily availability. If there's no answer, it moves to the next plumber.
- Accept: the plumber accepts or declines with one tap on a text link, or by voice.
- Completion: the platform is designed to check with the plumber that the job is done.
- Rating: the platform is designed to ask the homeowner to rate the job, which feeds the plumber's profile.
The AI agents
Each step is designed to be run by an AI agent, with people only where they matter: the request, the plumber's yes and the plumber's done. Today the platform runs these steps by text; the voice agents are built and tested and switch on with our new phone line.
- Intake agent: takes job requests by phone or on the website and creates the job.
- Dispatch agent: calls the next available plumber with the job details and records the answer.
- Job check agent: confirms with the plumber that the job is complete.
- Rating agent: collects the homeowner's rating.
- Recruiting agents: call back plumbers and partners who asked to hear more about joining.

Under the hood
GetFixHero runs on cloud functions and an event-driven routing engine: each job request, acceptance and completion triggers the next step automatically, with no polling. Large language models handle intake, message wording and voice conversations. Every plumber's availability and service area feed the routing decision, so each offer goes to a plumber who can actually take it.
The operator platform
Plumbers sign up online, set their service areas and get a public profile page. Plumbers will tell us each morning by text whether they're free that day, so job offers only go to plumbers who can take them.
Business model
Plumbers pay a flat monthly subscription. No commission and no per-lead fees. Homeowners and partners pay GetFixHero nothing; they pay the plumber for the work.
Where we are
GETFIXHERO HOME SERVICES INC. was incorporated in Ontario on 12 August 2026 and has been live in the Greater Toronto Area since 1 October 2026. We're bootstrapped and part of the Founder Institute Philippines 2026 cohort.
What's next
- Moving our backend and database to scalable cloud infrastructure.
- AI job classification, so every request reaches the right kind of plumber.
- More home service trades once plumbing is running smoothly.
