We are an "AI marketing team in a box" for home services: an automated growth platform for small to mid-sized plumbing crews tired of losing jobs and buying dead leads, by turning prospects into booked jobs without the back-office overhead.
Every job has somewhere to go.
What we do
GetFixHero routes plumbing jobs across the Greater Toronto Area to available, independent local plumbers. Requests come from partners (real estate agents, brokers, home inspectors, restoration firms and claims desks) and from homeowners. Each job goes to one plumber. Plumbers pay a flat monthly subscription; homeowners pay GetFixHero nothing.
What we're building
AI agents for job intake, plumber dispatch and operator recruitment.
Where we are
Live in the Greater Toronto Area since 1 October 2026. Partner and homeowner requests, plumber sign-up and job dispatch are running. Plumbers are in a 90-day founding period before subscriptions begin. AI voice dispatch and camera-based onboarding are in build.
Team
Ricardo Santillan, Founder & CEO. 30+ years marketing experience. Built digital marketing agency from scratch to expand from Philippines to Myanmar. Works with BPO agents and agentic AI.
